BODY: Heavy Steel Plates Welded Construction, Tremendously strong box beam design. |

JAW PLATES: Fix jaw & moving jaw plates are made up of manganese steel casting. Plates are fully machined to gives positive location and are retained by wedge profile deeper plates. |

PITMAN: Pitman is always in compression and as such it is very light in design than any other conventional pitman. A long stroke eccentric and relatively flat toggles ensures great leverage coupled with low bearing pressure. |

TOGGLES: Double toggle provides balance distribution of maximum load to eccentric shaft, pullback and lifter spring provides cushioning to the toggle mechanism which compensates for wear and tear. |

SWING JAW: It is designed and balanced to avoid power losses through lifting on crushing stroke, for maximum crushing. |

ECCENTRIC SHAFT: It is of alloy mounted in self aligned roller bearings of ample capacity for smooth running which enables load to be absorbed by the solid frame. |

FLY WHEEL: It is of graded cast Iron which acts as Fly wheel cum Driving Pulley with the low Inertia of Mechanism. |

LUBRICATION: Continous lubrication is provided with positive gear pump to toggle Pitman mechanism, continuous oil flow enables the crusher to run at high speed. |

OIL SEAL: The flexible diaphragm permits free movement of toggles and swing jaw. |

OIL CHAMBER: In case of diaphragm oil flows in a separate gravity oil chamber, this prevents spilling of oil outside the crusher and saves the costly oil. |

EASY ADJUSTMENT: Setting the jaw opening is quick and easy with all adjustment carried on the stationary jaw. |
